Broadleaf Melnik is inseparable from the warm, Mediterranean-influenced Struma Valley. The reserve style combines the variety’s ripe fruit, herbs and spice with the depth brought by oak maturation. It is the most structured wine in the collection and the natural finale of the tasting.
Tasting
A structured and expressive red with sour cherry, ripe and dried red fruit, Mediterranean herbs, warm spices and integrated oak. Rich and harmonious on the palate, with firm tannins and a long, warm, fruity and spicy finish.

Slow-roasted lamb, game, grilled pork, rich stews, cured meats, mushrooms and aged yellow cheeses.
