A country, exploredone tasting at a time

The Collections celebrates Bulgarian wine by working directly with boutique producers — small estates whose wines rarely leave the country, and almost never leave with their story attached.

We do not own vineyards. We curate. Each edition is assembled with the growers themselves: which parcel, which vintage, which grape best explains the place it came from. The wines are then documented as a catalogue would document them — region, producer, variety, and the reason for inclusion.

The result is a collection meant to be read as much as poured, and designed to share: six 100 ml glass tubes, a deliberate tasting sequence and a bilingual guide that opens in the browser without a mandatory account.
