Gostat Dimyat 2024

Gostat Dimyat is made from grapes grown in the Komluka area, approximately 15 kilometres from the Black Sea. Sandy, limestone-rich soils and the maritime influence shape its light body, mineral freshness and characteristic saline finish. It is a modern expression of one of Bulgaria’s historic white grapes.

Tasting

Pale straw in colour. The nose combines green and yellow apple, ripe pear, delicate white flowers, herbs and subtle flinty minerality. Light, lively and juicy on the palate, with apple, peach and lemon leading to a fresh, gently saline and lightly spicy finish.

At the table

Grilled fish, mussels and other seafood, fresh or creamy cheeses, chicken, vegetable dishes and green olives.

North Black Sea Coast · Bulgaria

deVina is a small family wine project focused on limited-production wines from Bulgaria’s northern Black Sea coast. Its vineyards lie on a gently sloping eastern-facing hill near the Pobiti Kamani natural landmark. Sandy, carbonate-rich soils containing limestone and marine fossils favour fresh white wines with fine aromatics and distinctive minerality.
