Zaara Estate

Zaara Estate is a boutique winery and wine retreat situated on a high hill above the village of Glavan in the Sakar Mountains. The estate combines vineyards, a winery, accommodation, a restaurant and a relaxation centre. Its vineyards include the local varieties Mavrud and Tamyanka alongside selected international grapes.
History
Established in 2015, Zaara Estate was conceived as a complete expression of Sakar, bringing together wine, landscape, local food and hospitality. The vineyards benefit from abundant sunshine, dry summers and poor, well-drained soils. Dogma became the estate’s signature wine collection.
