White · Kresna, Struma Valley

Keratsuda

A near-lost white, kept alive by a handful of growers.

Keratsuda survives on a few dozen hectares in the Struma Valley. Textural and gently phenolic, it is a reminder of how much Bulgarian viticulture nearly lost.
